I know I mentioned some servers, but only to give server names as a comparison, so the answers may be more accurate. I don't mean voiding gachapon altogether, but rather, not being at a clear disadvantage for not being a donor or not getting NX through paying. Alternatively, you can use the IP given by Hamachi to use on a Hamachi network, or you can use a non-Hamachi method of port-forwarding. MapleSaga has some custom content, if I'm not mistaken. Configure the IP you want to use for your MapleStory server in 'configuration.ini' file, or set it as 'localhost' if you want to run it only on your machine. Custom content is fine, as well as class rebalances, as long as it's not too overboard, or too game changing.
I'm paying an eye on StoryMaple, see how will it do. I can bide my time, so it doesn't really matter that much, but rates that aren't too screwed up would be nice. I can't spare as much time as I used to, so I can't really invest the time to devote +10 hours to 20% of a level. preferably before the Alien gear pieces were introduced. I find that stuff like what MapleSaga did, or what MapleLegends had going recently regarding HP buffs, works somewhat well. (Because seriously, that mechanic was pretty screwed up, even if it was unintentional.): I'd like to see if there's any PServer that can accomodate me in terms of features, and also see a list on how many servers that get rid of HP washing, or it's need altogether, are there.
